This was the first time Jensen Localization participated at the Service Desk & IT Support Show in London, England. SITS is one of the biggest events in the UK related to IT Service Management and Support Professionals.
There were several huge companies such as Atlassian, Hewlett Packard, Xeretec, TeamViewer, and many others.

The education program was particularly interesting and added a huge value to this event. All presentations, however, were interesting, and we will only mention a few:
Mastering the Art of Service Excellence by David Bellini from ConnectWise.
In this session, David explained how to turn your customer journey (from marketing and sales, to support and invoicing) into an opportunity to prove that you are the best service provider.
True stories of service desk contributions to the bottom line by Sarah Lahav from SysAid.
In this session, Sarah explained how important a service desk is for any company. Telling real anecdotes from service desk leaders that showed how big the business contribution of their IT service desk is. The anecdotes were mostly related to how a business is affected when they have to wait for months for their tickets to be resolved. How important it is to have tickets properly logged and if possible using a form to avoid ping-pong mailing. This kind of mailing may delay solutions for several days. Finally it is very important to remark how crucial it is to engage employees and IT support in a manner so that all will get a productive and satisfactory relation.
