Speech at University Pablo de Olavide, Seville
Our Assistant General Manager in our Spanish branch, Alicia González, attended on the 14th May at the annual assembly of Spanish translators association Asetrad. She was invited to give a short speech to students of the degree in Translation and Interpreting about how a localization company works, the different tasks of the translator and the Project Manager and the different careers a person can follow after getting this degree.
She also had the chance to speak with other localization and translation professionals and exchange views and ideas about the current economic crisis that is affecting this business and that hopefully will be come over soon.
People were happy with Alicia’s speech and some of the attendees congratulated her for the job done to show what is a serious and professional localization company, which we think is what can differentiate us from other companies.
